About this Course:
This 4 part class combines Insight Mindfulness practices with Equine Assisted Learning techniques to help you increase self awareness, decrease stress and live more freely in the present moment.
We will focus on learning the foundations of mindfulness practice to calm and quiet the mind, open the heart and start developing your own home practice.
All levels of horse experience are welcome. All activities take place on the ground (no riding.)
