About this Course:
In this 4 part class you will learn the theory and fundamental practices of Insight Mindfulness.
Mindfulness can help you increase self awareness, decrease stress and live more freely in the present moment. We will focus on learning the foundations of mindfulness practice to calm and quiet the mind, open the heart and start developing your own home practice.
This class will take place online via live feed video chat. A phone in option will be available.
No prior experience necessary. All levels of Mindfulness practitioners are welcome.

*In the spirit of dana (generosity) and compassion, we will not ask to verify your income. Instead, we ask that you evaluate for yourself what amount you can pay within the sliding fee scale.
