In this class you will learn the theory and fundamental practices of Insight Mindfulness to help you increase self awareness, decrease stress and live more freely in the present moment.
We will focus on learning the foundations of mindfulness practice in a simple, step by step, scientifically supported manner that will enable you to calm and quiet the mind, open the heart and start developing your own home practice.
This is a 4-part class that meets once per week for 4 weeks. Each weekly session is 90 minutes. Class will take place online via live feed video chat. A phone in option will be available.
No prior experience necessary. All levels of Mindfulness practitioners are welcome.
