This class builds upon the foundations of Insight Mindfulness taught in our Living Mindfully 101 class.
In Living Mindfully 201, we will deepen our mindfulness practice, and explore how mindfulness skills can help us respond wisely to our emotions, create healthy thought patterns and tend to our bodies with compassion.
This is a 4-part class that meets once per week for 4 consecutive weeks. Each weekly session is 90 minutes. Class will take place online via live feed video chat. A phone in option will be available.
Prerequisite = Living Mindfully 101.
Spring Session: Tuesdays, May 4, 11, 18, 25; 6-8:30 pm
